is a Pilates studio with two convenient locations in the Salt Lake Valley. Small class sessions enable us to design sessions to specifically meet the participants health history, skill level, posture, and goals. This is achieved by focusing on correct and safe bio-mechanical body movement, efficient muscular firing patterns, and improving balance strength, coordination, and mental clarity. Each of our instructors are certified and trained in programming for fitness as well as injuries and special populations thus providing a safe and positive experience for those recovering from injury or those working to maintain /improve health while navigating neuro-muscular conditions, disease, pregnancy, arthritis, and other physical ailments.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving posture and flexibility. Pilates exercises target the powerhouse/core muscles primarily and surrounding muscles secondarily. Movements are controlled and precise with emphasis on the breath to bring awareness to the body. Many athletes use Pilates to cross-train because it complements every other fitness endeavor by preparing the body to move better in every way.
